Please be advised that the Kyoto City Accommodation Tax Ordinance has been revised. Accordingly, The Tawaraya will apply the new tax rates for stays on or after March 1, 2026.

＜For stays through February 28, 2026＞
In accordance with current regulations, the accommodation tax will be charged as follows:
・Room rate under JPY 20,000 per person per night: JPY 200
・Room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per person per night: JPY 500
・Room rate of JPY 50,000 or more per person per night: JPY 1,000
＜For stays from March 1, 2026 onward＞
In accordance with the revised ordinance, the accommodation tax will be charged separately based on the room rate as follows:
・Room rate JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000 per person per night: JPY 400
・Room rate JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000 per person per night: JPY 1,000
・Room rate JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000 per person per night: JPY 4,000
・Room rate of JPY 100,000 or more per person per night: JPY 10,000
The accommodation tax is applied to the room rate (excluding meals and other charges).

俵屋旅館では、京都市宿泊税条例の改正に伴い、2026年3月1日以降のご宿泊につきまして、以下の通り新たな税率にて宿泊税を別途申し受けます。何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
＜2026年2月28日までのご宿泊＞
条例に基づき、以下の宿泊税を別途申し受けます
・ご宿泊料金 20,000円未満（1名様1泊あたり）： 200円
・ご宿泊料金 20,000円 ～ 49,999円（1名様1泊あたり）： 500円
・ご宿泊料金 50,000円以上（1名様1泊あたり）： 1,000円
＜2026年3月1日以降のご宿泊＞
改正条例に基づき、ご宿泊料金に応じ以下の宿泊税を別途申し受けます。
・ご宿泊料金 6,000円以上20,000円未満 （1名様1泊あたり）： 400円
・ご宿泊料金 20,000円以上50,000円未満 （1名様1泊あたり）： 1,000円
・ご宿泊料金 50,000円以上100,000円未満 （1名様1泊あたり）： 4,000円
・ご宿泊料金 100,000円以上（1名様1泊あたり）： 10,000円
宿泊税は、ご宿泊料金（素泊まり・税金サービス料別）に対して課税されます。
